KIDS YOGA with Cecilia

Join us every THURSDAY for our favorite KIDS YOGA's class!!

Cecilia's yoga class are a dynamic blend that includes animated poses and basic stretching exercises, which promote strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.

Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax, and develop self control.

Yoga classes improve kid's concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination, and help them to release their energy....

PLAYTIME for Toddlers Class

Our Giggles PLAYTIME is a program designed to help develop and refine all basic and specific motor skills.

While it might look like just child's play, these toddlers are hard at work learning important physical skills as they gain muscle control, balance and coordination.

Gross motor skills development is crucial for this age as it helps children learn to control their large muscle such as arms, legs and their entire body.

They learn gross motor skills through move, jump, bounce, reach, throw, kick, climb and roll.

Our PLAYTIME is also enhance socialization with other children at their own age.

PLAYTIME also promotes creativity, concentration and relaxation.

There are 2 scheduled classes daily for

"PLAYTIME for Toddlers"

12 PM-1 PM & 1:30 PM-2:30 PM

Our 12 PM class is currently FULL!!

Topic: "The importance of Art in a child's life"

Art helps children express themselves when words are not enough,

Art opens up their creativity, we can learn so much about our children by seeing their drawings.

We can see their interest, strength, weakness or even their emotional moods.

Elena Lasala is a teacher from our new "Art & Musical Craft"

Our "Art & Musical Craft" class is teaching children art history in a kids-friendly way, basic element of art, different techniques of painting with wide range of materials; in combine with music and games.

Our objective is to promote the ability to think creatively

The goal is to boost self-confidence, concentration and fine motor skills
